Battle Stallions reached out to us asking to meet. They were seeking advice on maintaining a functioning happy robotics team. We focused our efforts on team work and team building. Kind interactions with our teammates, keeping them engaged, and maintaining excitement to participate are particularly important.

Battle Stallions is a team in Texas, USA. who have seven sister teams and encourage their teammates to be the absolute best they can be. They are also a newer team struggling to gain new members. We were able to give them insight on keeping new members interested after recruitment and keeping current members excited about FIRST.

This was a great opportunity to once again, use our knowledge to help a team improve and to be challenged with difficult questions that made us consider how we function as a team. It was a mind expanding exercise that allowed us to reflect on our team management.
