On October 27th, our team prepared to go to a local church in Elon. We split into two teams, one to tackle the decorations of our trunk, and another that will allow us to pick up candy and dispense it to kids. Our design team came up with Pac-Man ghosts, pumpkins, and tombstones out of cardboard. The robot focused team moved down a part on our intake to be the right size to pick up candy instead of samples. We handed out candy to 300 local children and had many inquiries from their parents about getting their kid involved in robotics.
